Order by Wednesday evening and pick up on Friday in Bachenbülach. Baked fresh using local Swiss flour and slow fermentation. Classic sourdough, rye, brioche, cinnamon rolls, babka and more.

I've been baking sourdough for many years. I started these workshops because I remember exactly how confusing it felt at the beginning — watching videos, reading recipes, and still ending up with a flat loaf.

In my kitchen I teach hands-on, unhurried, and with real explanations for every step. Small groups on purpose. Your questions matter here.
