At Sourdough Wonders, no two loaves look alike – each one is shaped by hand.
Our artisanal breads are naturally fermented over an extended period and completely free from additives. This slow fermentation process makes them exceptionally digestible, long-lasting, and delicious.
From classic sourdough and gluten-free loaves to rye bread, brioche, and cinnamon rolls, each bake at Sourdough Wonders is a unique experience, crafted in small batches with locally milled flours for absolute freshness and flavor.


How to secure your loaf?
Please place your order by Monday for Wednesday pickup and by Wednesday for Friday pickup. This timeframe is essential to plan the production and prepare your sourdough loaf.

🌱 Gluten-Free Delight
Vegan, gluten free and simply delicious – Made from carefully selected, fiber-rich ingredients consisting of rice starter, whole grain buckwheat flour, potato flour, corn flour, rice flour, honey, EVOO, chia seeds, linseed seeds water and salt. This bread offers an unforgettable taste experience.
🌾 Rye Mixed Bread
The aroma of ancient baking art – Aromatic and hearty, made with organic rye and wheat flours, rye malt, honey, water and salt for a deep, rich flavour. With its fine aroma, the rye mixed bread is something truly special.
🍞 Sourdough Brioche
Delicate and buttery – A unique combination of airy brioche and a subtle tang of sourdough creates a bread rich in both flavour and texture. Made with wheat flour, butter, organic eggs, organic honey, salt, orange zest and organic milk.
🍥 Sourdough Cinnamon Rolls
Soft, fluffy, and perfectly spiced – A comforting treat with creamy vanilla-cheese frosting or sugar dust. The perfect balance of light sourdough and sweet cinnamon notes. Made with cloud dough, organic brown sogar, lemon zest and seeds from vanilla beans.
